Fans' Five Favourites #5 - The Brothers McGrath

The Brothers McGrath - Pete (Muggsy) and Andy (Sniffer), are absolute Trafford stalwarts - and not just of the supporters' club, but the club as a whole. Muggsy is now the club Direktor having been the supporters secretary and on the club committee for many a year, and Sniffer is the resident club person of the year; if he's not flippin' burgers or painting goal posts, he'll be seen blowing leaves off the pitch. Here are their five favourites:

Away day trip: Clitheroe just before Xmas (this season). Although the 1874 Northwich one where the bus left to go home without me was a memorable one too!

Northwich away - non stop singing, beers bought by Dorney and Muggsy was left behind!

Off the pitch moment: Matt Brown at Prescott Cables 😂😂😂😂

Trafford goal: That one Burnsy scored that was captured on Luke Smelly's phone!!

Away day trip: Bamber Bridge, January 2018. We lost 5-0 but what a day!

Off the pitch moment: Being awarded the prestigious 'Clubman of the Year' shield in May 2022 (as voted for by our wonderful set of individuals of the committee!)

Trafford goal: Darius Palma's winner in the league cup final against Farsley Celtic in 2019.
