Well, what a hugely frustrating result it turned out to be! Such a shame to lose in the dying seconds but the overall performance, against a regular top 5 team, was one to be proud of.
Lots of players stood out but the official TFCSC MotM, chosen by George Cheetham, was Shelton Payne, who scored one and was instrumental in the build up to the 2nd.
Unfortunately, I forgot to do the presentation and take a picture of George giving Shelton this prestigious award. This was mainly down to the fact it was a bit hectic due to the huge crowd and NOT because I was a bit tipsy and forgot!
This will be rectified on Saturday where I will be alcohol free!
