Our aim is to support, promote and raise funds for Trafford Football Club. The Supporters' Club goals include: raising funds for Trafford FC; raising awareness of the Football Club in the local community; providing a ‘mouthpiece’ for the supporters; providing a ‘line of communication’ between the supporters' and the Football Club and our current project: building a new stand behind the goal at the Pennybridge Lane end. Be part of Trafford FC, be part of the supporters' club.

MotM v Buxton
Whilst we weren't at our best, with a stronger referee and linesman (especially), Trafford would have been playing 3/4 of this match against 10 men after Payne was tripped when through on goal.
Anyway, a scrappy game ended in our 1st draw of the season against a team that has only lost once away from home all season. Shelton Payne was bright and lively in the first half and was causing Buxton (and the linesman) all kinds of problems. Overall though, Karl Vaughan chose Martyn Andrews as the TFCSC's Man of the Match.
Martyn has been quality this season (as he was last season) and fully deserved the award. Well done to Martyn and in the end we have to look at it as a good point earned by the team. Now to Tuesday (rain permitting) and another big test at home against Chorley FC.
COME ON TRAFFORD!

MotM v Wakefield
Todays MOTM was chosen by James Stephens, who in end went for Michael Oates who scored a fantastic hat-trick!
Next is another home game against Buxton (game against Marine on Tuesday has now been postponed as they drew today and now face a replay).
All the best to the TraffordFamily... lets keep up the support!
Martyn Andrews - 100 Club (better late than never)
Player of the Month - September
All the supporters' would like to commend Rory on his start to the season. Rory has been nothing short of outstanding in terms of intensity, quality and consistency! A massive well done to Rory in winning this award for the 2nd time running.
He was presented with the POTM award before today's game against Wakefield by our very own Richie.

MotM v Fylde
Any number of players could easily have picked up the supporters MOTM but in the end 'Old' George went for Andy Smart. Smarty had a cracking game, as did others but his 25 yard scorcher proved vital at 0-0.
Well done to Andy Smart and the rest of the team and good luck on Saturday.

Latest news
The supporters' player of the month award for September was decided with Rory Fallon picking up the majority of the votes for the 2nd month running. Richie will present Rory with the award on Wednesday (home to Fylde).
The clothes bin has been going really well and is almost full so well done to all that have donated... Lets keep it going. Rags = riches!
Christmas curry night has been confirmed for Saturday 14th December. Deposits of £5 are required if you wish to come. Please speak to any supporters' committee member for more details.
Accounts for the 4 months that we have been going were released and it was fantastic to see how much we have actually raised! Despite some 'supporters' not being totally behind what we are doing, it really makes it all worth while knowing we have raised some cash that will help the club, as well as raising the profile. A huge thank you to everyone involved.
See you all on Wednesday for ANOTHER big game!

Reminders
Just another reminder that we have a supporters' meeting this Thursday, 8.00pm at the Nags Head. There will be pool competition after the meeting! All are welcome... we have had an excellent response to people joining and getting involved with helping out, and so far we have managed to raise a decent amount of pennies for our beloved Trafford FC (details will be revealed/discussed at the meeting). So if you would love to get more involved and join/see what we are about then we would love to see you on Thursday!
Also, as previously mentioned, we are having a 'Christmas Curry' night on December 14th. Again, all are welcome (supporters/non-supporters/wives/partners/friends...) Deposit of £5 required so we can secure the Deccan exclusively. So please bring £ to the meeting on Thursday.
If you can't make the meeting but would like to come to the curry night then please speak to either myself (Andy Glinka), Andrew Semple or Melody Stephens.
Over and out (for now)

MotM v Skelmersdale United
Firstly, well done to all the players on last nights performance. Best of the season for me!
I could have picked any number of players as MOTM, they were that good. But for the way he controlled the play I went for Martyn Andrews! His display was typical of the team, battled hard, got stuck in and very vocal.
Whilst Andrews was outstanding, I also have to mention O'Hara (gk), Nia, and Ste Mason. They too stood out and really could have been given MOTM... Oh and Rory, Shelton... You get the drift!
Great TEAM performance and lets keep up the support going into the next couple of away games.
